JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks include, among other things, administering the customers in your unit and all work related to being responsible for customers. Administration is part of the tasks, which means that you will handle staff time reporting to the Social Insurance Agency, payroll reporting, and follow up on documentation. You are the immediate supervisor of the personal assistants in your unit. The starting point is from the office in Sundsvall and Linköping, but travel is included in the position as you need to be able to reach where the customer is located.

You should enjoy contacting new people and have several points of contact that you continuously work with. You are a problem solver who is used to changes, thrives when there is a lot to do, and are a driven person yourself.

* Manage customer

* Recruit staff and be responsible for scheduling and staffing

* Be responsible for customer decisions and documentation

A valid B driver's license is required.

MERITORIOUS:

- Previous experience as a customer manager or equivalent.

- Experience in personnel management.

- Post-secondary education.
